Sending Transaction Requests to the Company

This task explains how agency users can send finalized transaction requests (TRs) to the company within a supervisory activity (SA) in SES. Sending TRs transitions them from draft to active status, notifies the company, and makes the requests visible for response.

Add TRs to your supervisory activity (SA).

About this task

The EIC on an SA or a staff user from the lead agency in a multi-state examination can send TRs to the company to begin the document submission and response process. Sending TRs triggers system notifications to the company’s users, who can then view and respond to the requests.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Click Transaction Requests > Send Transaction Requests.
  3. Assign Response Due Dates.
    • Select a Bulk Due Date to assign all TRs the same due date.
    • Enter Response Due Dates for each individual TR in the list.
  4. Click the Click Here to Validate button.
  5. Add a file sharing link, if applicable.
  6. Enter comments to company (if applicable), upload necessary documents, and select whether you would like to be notified when the company responds to the TRs.
  7. Click Send Transaction Requests.
