Learn about the Company Documents page on a supervisory activity (SA) in SES. The Company Documents page provides a centralized location to view all documents uploaded by the company for a supervisory activity.
The Company Documents page allows agency participants to view and manage documents that a company has submitted as part of a supervisory activity (SA). This page consolidates company-provided materials into a single location so agency users can quickly locate, review, and download documents related to the examination.
The tab becomes available once the agency sends at least one request to the company. The tab remains available while the supervisory activity is active and is removed when the SA is closed and locked.
How documents are organized
Documents are grouped by the area of the supervisory activity where the request originated. This organization helps users quickly locate materials associated with specific requests or examination activities.
The Company Documents page may include the following sections:
- Information Requests
- Loan Requests (if applicable)
- Transaction Requests (if applicable)
- Agent Location Requests (if applicable)
- Matters Requiring Attention (MRA)
- Company Response to the ROE
Working with company documents
Agency participants can interact with documents directly from the grid. Available actions include:
- Preview a document without downloading it.
- Download the document to review it locally.
- Favorite a document to mark it for quick access. Favorited documents can be filtered using the My Favorites quick filter.
- Pin a document so it appears as a pinned item for all agency participants on the supervisory activity.
