Sending Communications on a Supervisory Activity

Learn how to send communications to the company or other agency participants via the Communication page in SES supervisory activities (SAs).

Before you begin

The agency must complete the scope and send information requests for the SA.

About this task

Active agency participants on an SA, and identified recipients for the company, can securely send and receive communications via the Communication page. Use this page the same way you would an email application: you can use it to send and reply to messages within SES.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

    Supervisory Activities button on the Main Menu
  2. Click Communication.
  3. Select Company or Agency at the top of the page.
  4. Click Send Communication.
  5. Complete the form the same way you would an email.
    Note: Agency users can select which company or agency users to send the communication to in the Recipient section of the form.
  6. Click Send Communication.

Results

The communication is sent and is available for recipients to view and reply within SES.

Recipients can see all communications sent to them within the last 48 hours on the homepage of SES.

Note: To reply to a message, navigate to the Communication page and click Add Reply for the desired message.
