MSB OCOE Scheduling

Information about the MSB component of the OCOE scheduling feature in SES.

MSB OCOE scheduling supports multistate examinations undertaken through MMET. Like Mortgage OCOE, the MSB scheduling workspace provides a common list of companies and lets agencies record their intended participation. The MSB process gives state agencies more control over which examinations they will participate in and includes additional agency-user actions.

MSB OCOE examinations may be conducted in SES or outside SES. For that reason, Staff Directors and Staff Users can maintain current and previous examination information for MSB scheduling items in addition to setting their agency's intended participation.

Agency User Responsibilities for MSB OCOE

• Review the MSB OCOE scheduling list for the applicable year.
• Set or update the agency's intended participation level.
• Update current examination scheduling and resulting examination information when appropriate.
• Update previous examination information when appropriate.
• Use Research & Analytics when additional company or examination information is needed and your Strategy permissions provide access.
