Recalling a Loan Request Sent to the Company

Before the company responds to a loan request (LR) or the report has been sent, you can recall an LR that has been sent (or sent back) to the company.

About this task

All active agency participants with the ability to work a loan request can recall an LR.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

    Supervisory Activities button on the Main Menu
  2. Click Loan Requests.

    Loan Requests command on the ribbon menu
  3. Click the Sent to Companyicon.

  4. Click the Actions ellipsis for the desired loan request.

  5. Select Recall Loan Request.
  6. Click Recall Loan Request.
    The LR returns to a "Ready to Send" status and is able to updated, as needed.

    If the LR was already responded to by the company and it was sent back, it returns to a "Response Received" status and is able to be re-worked. All previous work papers and notes are maintained.
