Setting Participation Level for Mortgage OCOE Exams

How to set your agency's participation level for mortgage OCOE exams in SES.

Before you begin

Locate the company in the Mortgage OCOE Scheduling grid for the applicable year. The participation window shows the agencies that currently intend to lead or participate in the examination so that you can consider the existing multistate interest before saving your agency's selection.
Note: If a Policy User has finalized the lead agency, agency users cannot overwrite that finalized lead selection.

About this task

Agency Staff Directors and Staff Users can set or update their agency's intended participation level for a Mortgage OCOE scheduling item.

Procedure

  1. Click Exam Scheduling.

  2. Enter the MSB & Mortgage OCOE Scheduling workspace.

  3. Select Mortgage.
    The page changes to Mortgage OCOE Scheduling.
  4. Locate the company for which you want to set your agency's intended participation.
  5. Select Actions > Set Participation Level .

  6. Review the Current Intended Participation information shown in the window.
  7. Under My agency intends to, select the participation option or options that apply to your agency.
  8. Select Update Participation.
