If your agency’s supervisory process requires the Examiner in Charge (EIC) to make the decision of approving the report while still
getting the input of others on the team, the report should be sent for peer
review.
Peer reviewing allows multiple participants on the exam to upload their version of
the report and add any necessary comments without making any approval decisions.
Note: To send the report for peer review, you must be signed in as the EIC. Any
participant that is currently on this exam can be added as a peer reviewer. See
Managing Agency Supervisory Activity Participants.

Procedure
Select Send Report for Peer Review.
Select the desired peer reviewers.
Selecting a single peer reviewer at a time.
Selecting all agency participants as peer reviewers.
Add the Name of the peer review task and the
Deadline (date and time).
Update the Instructions if needed.
Click Add Peer Reviewer.
Optional: Click +Add Peer Reviewer to add additional peer
reviewers.
Adding additional reviewers enables two options in the
Timing column.
Choose from the two options in the Timingcolumn:
Sequential: Reviewers receive the report to
review one after another.
Parallel: Reviewers receive the report to review
at the same time
Click Send Report for Peer Review in the bottom
right.
Results
Each peer reviewer sees the Peer Review Report task in the
Tasks section of the homepage.
Note: You can manage the workflow for any review process in SES by
clicking the Review Workflows button. You are able to modify
or cancel the entire workflow, or you can cancel individual assignments if there are
multiple reviewers.
