Updating a Loan Request

You can add or update the information on a loan request by opening the SA, making the necessary changes, and saving the updated loan request.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Click Loan Requests.

  3. Filter the list of loan requests to those that are either Ready to Send or Sent to Company.
    Note: You can only edit the text of a loan request that is in the Sent to Company status (e.g., fixing a typo).
  4. Click the Actions ellipsis for the desired loan request.

  5. Select Update Loan Request.
  6. Update the necessary fields.
  7. Click Update Loan Request.
