Managing the Agency Profile
When managing the Agency Profile in SES, you can update the business types and business activities supervised, as well as manage email domains.
Updating Business Types and Business Activities Supervised
The Agency Profile includes information about the types of businesses and activities over which the ageny has supervision. The account administrator for the agency can update this information, to help other agencies using SES for similar purposes to locate appropriate contacts.

    In order to access SES, users must first have an account and be assigned the appropriate roles.

    When managing user accounts in SES, you can update user profiles, update roles and groups, reset passwords, and unlock accounts.

      You can manage the email domains associated with your agency in SES. The system verifies your agency’s users’ information against the email domain entered in this section.
  - Verifying Agency Users
    Every month, the account administrators at each agency must verify its users in SES. Account administrators are expect to review their agency’s existing users and remove access for anyone that no longer needs it.

Updating Business Types and Business Activities Supervised

The Agency Profile includes information about the types of businesses and activities over which the ageny has supervision. The account administrator for the agency can update this information, to help other agencies using SES for similar purposes to locate appropriate contacts.

Procedure

Click Manage Agency Profile on the homepage.
Click Manage Agency Supervision in the top right.
Click Remove to remove business types and activities.
Click +Add Business Type to add business types and activities.
Click Update Agency Supervision.
