Viewing the Document Retention Report

Rather than navigating directly to a specific SA to manage document retention, you can use the Document Retention Report to view and manage SAs with upcoming or currently suspended document retention policies.

About this task

Note: You must be a staff director or staff user to access the Document Retention Report.

Procedure

  1. Select the Agency Reports drop-down menu from the Top Menu of the homepage.

  2. Select Document Retention.

Results

The Upcoming Document Deletion tab shows all SAs that your agency is a part of that have a Category A or Category B document deletion date in the next 30 days. Definitions of what constitutes Category A and Category B documents can be found at the bottom of this report. The Suspended Document Retention tab shows all SAs that your agency is a part of that have a suspended document retention policy.
