Managing Matters Requiring Attention

A matter requiring attention (MRA) might be added to an SA to ensure that a particular issue is being followed and addressed.

For example, if an agency wants to ensure that a finding is resolved, that finding might be added as an MRA. An MRA allows the back and forth communication with the company to track a particular issue.

Use of the MRA feature is optional but recommended as it promotes transparency and clarity to both the regulator(s) and company on an SA.

Note: The MRA tab becomes available once an SA is moved to In-Flight.
