Canceling Information Requests for a Supervisory Activity

You can cancel information requests for a supervisory activity (SA) that have been sent to the company prior to the company sending a response.

About this task

Staff users that are a participant on a supervisory activity and the EIC can cancel information requests.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

    Supervisory Activities button on the Main Menu
  2. Click Information Requests.

  3. Click the IR Insights tab.

  4. Click the Sent to Company filter icon.

  5. Click the IR ID hyperlink for the desired IR in a “Sent to Company” status.

  6. Click Cancel Information Request.

  7. Click Cancel Information Request.

    Note: The company will no longer be able to respond to the information request.
    The company is sent a notification that the information request was canceled.
