  SES has several reports that allow you to view the status and work activity for consumer complaints.
  - Viewing the New Complaint Progress Report
    After your agency has initiated a complaint, you can access the New Complaint Progress Report to view the progress of all your initiated complaints and what actions need to be taken to move the complaint forward.
  - Accepting or Rejecting Access to a Complaint Using the Access Request Report
    Other agencies can request to view the full details of a complaint owned by your agency. When your agency receives a request to view a complaint, all complaint supervisors at your agency will be notified via email.
  - Removing Agency Access from the Access Request Report Page
    After granting another agency access to view the details of a complaint, users assigned the Complaints Supervisor role can remove the access, at any time.
  - SES Complaints Agency Referral Report
    The referral report contains information about all incoming and outgoing referrals for your agency.
  - Viewing the Complaint IR Response Activity Report
    You can access the Complaint IR Response Activity Report to view the progress of all the information requests on your agency’s open complaints that have been responded to by the company.
