SES Implementation Jumpstart Optional Action 1
Submit a file of your agency’s next examination due dates to make scheduling your exams in SES much easier.

By taking this action, you will provide a file of agency’s examination due dates (the next date by which each company is due to be examined according to your state agency) to the CSBS Business Services team.
A business services team member will then validate the file and upload the data into SES. This way, when your agency users begin to schedule exams in SES, they will benefit from having the next due date data point available. While this data is not required to schedule exams in SES, knowing when a company is next due to be examined is likely very helpful. If your agency would like to take this step, follow the instructions below. Instructions: There is a feature in SES to allow agencies to make these requests in the system, but since your agency does not have access to SES yet, the CSBS staff will upload the data to the system for you.
Procedure

Prepare your data file using the Upload Exam Due Date template.
- The first column should be the NMLS ID (numbers only) of each company for which you would like to provide a date.
- The second column should be the date the company is next due to be examined by your agency. Please provide the date in YYYY-MM-DD format.
- The third column, the agency, will be completed by CSBS staff.
- The file should only include the first set of companies that you plan on examining in SES after the formal implementation process is completed.
- Save the file.
- Email the file to Alejandra Krasnow (CSBS Business Services (akrasnow@csbs.org)).
