Whitelist SES emails and URLs.

Your agency SES users will receive system notifications through email, including login information and task alerts. SES users will also access the system through the SES URL and its accompanying sites, including Appian™, Okta® and its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Therefore, it is important for users to mark certain email addresses and URLs as safe. This action can be taken now by following these instructions.

  1. Work with your agency’s security team to ensure that the following URLs and email addresses are marked as safe to ensure that you receive the appropriate emails and notifications from SES.

SES Task and Notification Emails

The following email addresses will be used to send notifications to State Examination System (SES) users. Please be sure SES users are able to receive emails from these addresses.

SES URLs

The following websites may need to be accessed by users while using SES and certain supporting systems for SES. Please be sure SES users are able to freely access the following URLs.
