Updating a User's Profile

A user's profile includes the user's name and contact information.

Procedure

  1. Click Manage Users on the homepage.

  2. Click Manage Users in the top right.

  3. Search for the desired user.
    Important: You must click Search. Pressing the Enter key does not generate search results.
  4. Select the name of the user whose profile you want to update.

  5. Select Update User Profile.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Update the necessary fields.
  8. Click Update User Information.
