Removing an Approved Supervisory Activity Access Request

The Staff Director or User can remove a previously approved request from another agency to access a Supervisory Activity.

Procedure

Note: An approved access request can be removed by staff directors.
To remove an approved access request:
  1. Click My Agency’s Decisions.
    My Agency's Decisions button
  2. Click the View Details icon for the desired access request.
    View Details icon
  3. Click Remove Agency.
