Removing Third-Party Users

A Third Party User is automatically removed from the Supervisory Activity when it is closed or when the last of the Matters Requiring Attention (MRA) is closed. However, you can remove a third-party user at any time, unless the third-party user is the company lead on a Supervisory Activity

About this task

Important: If the user is a company lead on an active supervisory activity, the user cannot be removed.

Procedure

  1. Click Manage Users on the homepage.
    Company Management pane on SES home page
  2. Click the Third Party Users tab.
    Third party user tab selection.
  3. Select the Name of the user to be removed.
  4. Click Remove User.
