Viewing the New Complaint Progress Report
After your agency has initiated a complaint, you can access the New Complaint Progress Report to view the progress of all your initiated complaints and what actions need to be taken to move the complaint forward.
About this task
Procedure
- Log in to SES.

Click Manage
Complaints.

Click New Complaint Progress Report in the
Reports section on the homepage.

Choose a report:
Report Why Complaint is included in report Company User Not Enrolled Company user is not enrolled in SES by your agency. Complaints Contact Not Assigned The Company has not completed the enrollment process, including the assignment of the Complaints Contact. IRs Not Sent to Company Information requests have not been sent to the company by your agency. Company POC Not Assigned The point of contact (POC) for the complaint is not assigned by the company. - Optional:
If a user is not enrolled, click the
icon to add a user to SES for the company.

If the company has not completed the enrollment process:

Click the
icon to remind the company via email to complete enrollment and assign its Complaints Contact.

icon to view an audit of sent reminders.

If the Information Requests have not been sent, click the
icon to go to the Information Requests page to send information requests to the company.
