Sending the Scope for Review

Users with a reviewer role can review the exam or investigation scope. Only the primary reviewer can approve the scope.

Procedure

  1. Select Send Scope for Review.
  2. Select the Primary Reviewer.
    If you send the scope for review, select a Primary Reviewer
    Note: Only those with the Reviewer role in the system appear in the Primary Reviewer list. If additional reviewers are added, they must also hold the reviewer role in the system otherwise they will not appear in the list.
  3. Optional: Select whether you would like to add any additional reviewers.

    1. If you selected Yes, click Add Reviewer.
      Click Add Reviewer to add reviewers tothe scope
    2. Select the Reviewer from the Reviewer list.
    3. Add the Deadline (date and time).
    4. Click Add Reviewer.

    Note: The primary reviewer appears as the first reviewer in the list. Additional reviewers can review and add comments, but only the Primary Reviewer can make a final approval decision.
  4. Click Send Scope for Review in the bottom right.

    Note: Reviewers can add business types when the scope is in an “In Review” status.
