Marking the Scope Complete
Once scope is marked complete, information requests are added to the SA and the Examination tab becomes available.
About this task
Single-state Exams: Standard and agency core information Requests (IRs) are automatically added to the SA based on the scope type selected and the Examination tab becomes available. If an IR does not have an association with the scope type selected, the system does not automatically add it to the SA.
Multi-state Exams: Only the standard core IRs are automatically added to the SA based on the scope type selected and the Examination tab becomes available.
If you are conducting an investigation, the core and non-core designation for IRs is not automatically added.
Procedure
- Select Mark Scope as Complete.
- Click Complete Scope.
- Optional:
Select if you want to auto-send information requests.
- Select Yes.
- Select the Send IRs On date.
- Select the Company Response Due Date.
- Click Auto Send IRs.
