Managing Plan Assignments for Multi-state Examinations

After the plan has been defined by the lead agency, staff users assigned as a participant on a multi-state examination that are not in the lead agency can manage plan assignments.

About this task

This allows the staff users to change the owners and additional contributors for specific areas for review (AFRs) that are owned by their agency.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Click Plan.
    The plan command on the supervisory activity menu
  3. Click Manage Plan Assignments.
    On a multi-state exam, click Manage Plan Assignments to select owners and additional contributors
  4. Select the desired owners and additional contributors for specific AFRs owned by your agency.
