File Sharing Links
SES allows you to use file sharing links when sending documents to the agency as part of a supervisory activity.
Introduction
As part of a supervisory activity, agencies request that companies send them documents, typically for information requests or loan requests.
SES has limitations with regard to the number and size of files that can be manually uploaded. To make the process of sharing multiple files easier, SES allows for the use of an external file sharing platform (i.e., File Sharing Link).
File sharing links can be generated by using services like Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Box.
File Sharing Links can be used when Adding Information Request Responses in Bulk or Responding to Loan Requests.
When To Use File Sharing Links
- File size is larger than 1 GB. The system does not allow for uploads larger than 1 GB.
- You are trying to upload more than 25 files at once. You may upload as many files as you want manually, but using a file sharing platform will make the process easier.
