Company Set Up in SES

Getting set up with State Examination System (SES) is simple. Prior to the start of an Examination, your company will receive two email notifications to log in and create a profile.

One of these emails will come from SES notifications and the other will come from Okta (CSBS SSO), the single sign on solution used by SES (please refer to Appendix A: SES URLs, Emails, & Requirements and Appendix B: Initial Notification Emails.

The state regulatory Agency determines who will receive these notifications, likely the existing Examination Point of Contact (POC) at your company. From there, that individual can add and manage other users in your company. Once your company and its users are setup in the system, your company’s designated users will start receiving emails from the system about this examination and its associated tasks.
