SES Home Page for Agency Users
The home page is the main page and the first page you will see upon logging into SES. The page is dynamic, and the features and commands available depend on user roles and permissions.
The two figures included show the agency home page in SES for a staff director and a staff user, both with Consumer Complaints permissions. Examiners and other users will have different features available, depending on their user role, and any additional permissions assigned.
In all cases, however, the general layout is the same.

Top menu bar
This menu allows you to switch between the SES modules: Home, Supervisory Activities, Company Search.
Main menu
The commands available here depend on user role and permissions. These allow you to initiate the major functions of the system: initiating an exam or complaint (depending whether you are in the Supervisory Activities module or the Consumer Complaints module), managing the library, scheduling.

Tasks and Reports in the left column
To the left side of the page is a narrow column of widgets. These vary by user role, but actions such as verifying user accounts and pending tasks for agency management can be accessed from these widgets with a single click.

Work area
The main area of the page displays the work you have underway, and pending work. For example, responding to requests from other agencies to leverage, join, or accpet one of your supervisory acitivities will be found here.
Work awaiting your attention is found here. Also, depending on your role, you can gain insight into work being done by agencies in other states regarding companies that your agency also supervises.
