Deleting Findings

The Examiner in Charge (EIC), a staff user from the lead agency, and the creator of a finding can delete a finding in any status before a supervisory activity is closed and locked.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Click Examination.
    The examinations tab in the Supervisory Activity module
  3. Click the desired AFR within the Review Summary quick filter.

  4. Scroll down to the Findings section. Select the desired Finding ID hyperlink.

  5. Click Delete Finding.

  6. Click Delete Finding on the confirmation message.
    Note: If the finding was already shared with the company previously, the company lead for the supervisory activity is notified that the finding was deleted.

Results

The staff user from the lead agency receives a notification when the finding is deleted.
