Reassigning Company POC

The point of contact for a complaint can be reassigned.

About this task

Note: Your company’s SES account administrator, the active complaint POC, and the complaints contact can reassign the Company POC.

Procedure

  1. Log in to SES.
  2. Click Manage Complaints.

  3. Click the Complaint ID hyperlink.

  4. Click Reassign Company POC.

  5. Select the Company POC at the bottom of the page.
    Note: Only individuals with SES accounts assigned a Consumer Complaints role with the Manage Complaints permission appear in this list. See Managing Company User Accounts for more information.
  6. Click Reassign Company POC.
