Requesting Access to a Supervisory Activity

To get more insight on a supervisory activity (single or multi-state) that is currently in progress or already took place, this feature allows you to request access. When the request is approved, detail level access to the supervisory activity (SA) becomes available.

About this task

If you request access to another agency's SA and the request is approved, detail level access to the SA becomes available to all users at your agency. The only exception is users that only hold a complaints role in SES; they are not given detail level access to the SA when the reqest is approved. See More about Summary Level View vs Detail Level Access for a Supervisory Activity for more information.

Note: Any user at your agency can request access to another agency's SA. The only exception is users that only hold a complaints role in SES; they cannot request access to another agency's SA.
Note: Requesting access to a single and multi-state exam is the same.
Note: You can accept another agency’s SA in lieu of conducting your own. See Accepting a Supervisory Activity for more information.
