Marking the Report Complete

The Examiner in Charge (EIC), Staff Director or Staff User must update the final version of the Report of Examination (ROE) after the assigned reviewers have completed their review and mark the report complete. The final version of the report, in the correct format, must be uploaded.

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

    Supervisory Activities button on the Main Menu
  2. Click the Report tab.

    Click the report tab to open reports for this examination
  3. Click > Update Report.

    Open the more actions menu to find the Update Report command

    Click the update reports button to open the reports for this examination
  4. Use the Preview or Download icons to thoroughly review the peer reviewed reports.

  5. Click Upload to upload any supporting documents.

  6. Click Upload to upload the final version of the report.

    Note: The latest version of the report is what is sent to the company by thePackage Assembler.
  7. Add any commentary as needed.

  8. Select Complete Report without Review.
  9. Important: Do not mark the report complete until it is in the correct format and the correct version is ready to be sent to the company. No further changes to the report can be made after the report is marked complete.
    Click Click to Confirm the Report > Complete Report.
