Deleting Report Versions

You can delete report versions before a supervisory activity is closed and locked.

About this task

The examiner in charge (EIC) or a staff user from the lead agency who is a participant on a supervisory activity can delete report versions. This is helpful in case you uploaded the wrong version of a report or a report that is relevant to a different company than the one being examined.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Click the Report tab.

    Click the report tab to open reports for this examination
  3. Click Delete Report Version.

  4. Click the Delete icon for the version of the report you want to delete.

  5. Click Delete Report Version.

    Note: You cannot delete all report versions, and you cannot delete any versions of the report that have already been sent to the company.
    The Delete Report Versions page closes and the version of the report is deleted from the SA.
