Reviewing the Report

The review workflow allows the examiner in charge (EIC) to send the report for review to a primary reviewer (the first reviewer selected) and additional reviewers. The primary reviewer can approve the report and mark it complete.

About this task

Note: Once the report is marked complete, no further changes can be made to the report. If multiple reviewers need to review the report, add all the necessary reviewers at one time.

Procedure

  1. Click the Review Report task from the homepage.

  2. Review the report:
    1. Click Click here to review to view the entire exam.

    2. Click the Preview icon to open a read-only version of the report in another tab.

    3. Click the Download icon to download the report to your computer.

  3. Make any necessary updates to the report.
  4. Click Upload to add your edited version of the report.
    Tip: You may need to navigate to the previous tab.

  5. Add any comments.
  6. Important: Do not mark the report complete until it is in the correct format and is the correct version ready to be sent to the company. No further changes to the report can be made if the report is marked complete.
    Once the review has been completed, click Approve Report > Mark as Complete.

    Note: Only the Primary Reviewer can select Approve Report. Additional reviewers can make and upload their edits, and mark those as complete.
