Responding to Matters Requiring Attention
After an agency sends you Matters Requiring Attention (MRA) for a supervisory activity (SA), you can review the MRAs and send a response.
About this task
The MRA functionality refers to the section of SES that state regulators can use to track issues and concerns that the agency expects a company to address at the conclusion of an Examination or Investigation. Regulators may also use this tool to communicate with the company.
Note: You can request a due date extension for an MRA. See Requesting an MRA Due Date Extension for more information.
