Responding to an MRA Due Date Extension Request

Companies can request an extension for the due dates of matters requiring attention (MRAs). You can choose to accept or reject their requested due date.

About this task

Companies can request an MRA due date extension even after you have closed and locked the supervisory activity. You also have the option of entering a new due date for the MRA.

Note: A staff user from the lead agency, the EIC, or the creator of the MRA can respond to MRA due date extension requests. If the creator of the MRA is removed from the SA, they can no longer respond to an MRA due date extension request.
Note: You receive a notification from SES when a company requests a due date extension for an MRA.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

Supervisory Activities button on the Main Menu
  2. Click MRA.
Click the MRA menu command to see the Matters Requiring Attention screen
  3. Click the View Details icon.
Clicking the view details icon opens the details for the selected MRA
  4. Click Review MRA Extension Request.
